Overview
We are seeking a motivated Front-End Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about building modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. The position is W2-based , paying $30–$40 per hour , and is open only to candidates residing in the United States .
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Debug, test, and improve existing front-end features
Follow best practices for code quality, accessibility, and security
Technical Skills
Core Skills:
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
Modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries: React.js (must-have)
Responsive design using Flexbox, Grid , and mobile-first principles
In-Demand Skills:
React with Hooks & Context API
Next.js (SSR & performance optimization)
TypeScript for scalable front-end development
Tailwind CSS / Modern CSS frameworks
Component-driven development (Storybook basics preferred)
Web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)
Accessibility (WCAG standards)
REST APIs & basic GraphQL exposure
Version control using Git/GitHub
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (basic understanding)
Eligibility
6 months to 1 year of Front-End Development experience (internships/projects count)
Must reside in the United States
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Comfortable working on W2
Comfortable with a pay rate of $30–$40/hour
