JOB DESCRIPTION: Here at Sesami, every position is critical as we work as a team. The primary job of a Front Line Food Assembly is thoroughly reading through the kitchen order and putting together the ingredients as described. Responsibilities also include but not limited to answering phone calls, supporting customers in a friendly and professional manner, cleaning and sanitizing countertops and areas with frequent foot traffic, and working as a team to prepare the front line for service, opening, and closing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Prefer Weekdays)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assemble tickets in a fast, accurate, and productive manner
• Accurately proportion food, and follow recipes
• Greet customers and share knowledge of our ingredients, as needed
• Clean and sanitize workspace during shift and scheduled restaurant cleaning
• Stock, FIFO rotation, date & label all products
• Assist in opening and closing procedures of kitchen and restaurant
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager on duty
