We’re looking for talented, results-driven candidates to join the Anytime Fitness team! We are looking for a full-time (40 hours Monday-Friday) General Manager to join our Ponte Vedra, FL team! Your responsibilities will entail:

• Sales - driving club's sales growth.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - communicating with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Service Excellence - providing members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
• Leadership – motivating and lead team members to bring their best every day.
• Community Outreach - organizing and conducting events to build community awareness, foster goodwill, and drive new memberships.
• Facility Excellence - ensuring that the facility’s equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.

• Positive, genuine, and passionate – you enjoy helping others and sincerely care about their health and wellness.
• Excited to learn all the facets of running a gym, including club tours, fitness consultations, personal training sessions, lead generation, and member retention.
• You have 1+ years of related experience in a similar role.
