What to Expect
On a daily basis, for the Healthcare Evaluation Provider's Program, Agents will focus on engaging with health plan members through outbound calls, playing a key role in scheduling In-Home Health Evaluations, and answering member questions, ensuring high-quality service and care. Be the “heart of the Healthcare Evaluation Provider's Program” when it comes to member interactions and satisfaction.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
• Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
• Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.
