Heavy Civil Estimator/Project Manager

Location: Southwest Utah

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Heavy Civil Estimator/Project Manager to lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of large-scale civil construction projects. This role requires expertise in estimating, project management, and a collaborative approach to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop precise cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
* Analyze project plans/specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to establish comprehensive project plans and timelines.
* Monitor and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
* Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.
* Uphold safety compliance and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, emphasizing estimating and project management.
* Experience in Concrete Foundations, Curb and Gutter, Sitework, and Structures.
* Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
* Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools.
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
