**Adecco has partnered with a client company hiring for an HR Assistant in Lancaster PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Pay range $23-$25 an hour.** **Hours Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.** **Job duties:** + Phone screening + Reference checks + Helping with unemployment + Maintains applicant files. + Versed with recruitment tools/systems. + Completes background screenings. + Assist with Maintaining Recruitment Systems, follows employment policy and procedures. + Attends staff meetings. + Other office duties, as needed. **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
