ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mixes paint of all finishes.
  • Sets up and maintains all equipment.
  • Records wet and dry mil readings.
  • Takes and records inside and outside temperature readings.
  • Takes and records dew point and R.H. readings.
  • Records daily paint usage.
  • Sandblasts.
  • Paints units with number of necessary coats.
  • Properly reports labor.
  • Maintains productivity levels according to plant goals.
  • Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred.
  • Read and write English.
  • Knowledge of company safety policies.
  • Prior Painting Experience Preferred.
