Automotive / Recycled Auto Parts Sales

Bluffton, OH | Full-Time | 1st Shift | Monday--Friday | In-Person (Remote Possible for Proven Performers)

Responsibilities (Keyword Optimized):

• Handle inbound sales calls and online customer inquiries
• Make warm outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers
• Sell automotive and recycled OEM auto parts
• Build repeat business through strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Create purchase orders for non-stock or special-order parts
• Assist walk-in customers with professionalism
• Provide order and delivery updates to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Inside sales, automotive sales, or phone sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of automotive or recycled auto parts is a strong plus
• Confident communicator with strong phone and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, CRMs, and sales software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Paid Training: $19/hr+ (based on experience)
