What You'll Do

• Partner with HR leaders, subject matter experts, and business units to design and deliver effective learning experiences.
• Develop high-impact content for leadership and technical training programs.
• Create assessments, track learner progress, and gather feedback to continually improve programs.
• Use instructional design principles to build materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned to our business needs.
• Support annual needs assessments to help guide learning strategies and close skill gaps.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
• A bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, HR, or a related field.
• Business acumen to leverage for guiding learning and development content creation.
• Strong knowledge of learning design models and development best practices.
• Creative mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience designing instructor-led, in-person training programs.
• Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Ability to work independently as the instructional design expert.
• Facilitation experience is a plus.
