AG Law Firm is a fast-growing immigration and family law practice dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters. We are looking for a Remote Intake Specialist & Legal Assistant who is fluent in English and Ukrainian (with Russian and Spanish preferred) to help us expand our services to the Ukrainian and Russian-speaking immigrant community. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and interested in growing with the firm.
Initially, you will handle intake and legal assistant responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients. As we develop this client base further, this position may evolve into separate Intake and Legal Assistant roles.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Scheduling • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Schedule consultations and ensure all details are accurately recorded in the firm’s system.
• Gather and assess initial client information to determine case eligibility.
Pre-Consultation Preparation • Request, collect, and organize necessary documentation before client consultations.
• Ensure all required forms are completed and uploaded into the firm’s case management system.
• Coordinate with attorneys and the intake team to prepare materials for consultations.
Legal Assistant Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with document preparation, case filings, and legal correspondence.
• Organize and track deadlines for filings and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in Monday.com and Docketwise.
• Communicate with clients about case progress and necessary next steps.
Lead & Referral Management • Follow up with potential clients who have inquired but haven’t scheduled a consultation.
• Handle referrals from partner organizations and track client intake data.
• Work closely with the Business Development Coordinator to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Process Improvement & Reporting • Assist in refining the intake and legal support processes based on client feedback and performance data.
• Ensure accurate documentation and records for Ukrainian and Russian-speaking clients in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (Required). Russian and Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to connect with potential clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using case management software (Monday.com, Docketwise) and office tools.
• Reliable & Self-Motivated – Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in a law firm, customer service, intake, or legal assistance is preferred but not required.
