What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around January 2025 and continue through the entire Spring/Winter term (i.e through April 2025) or into Summer 2025 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

What You'll Do Design and enhance the existing front end, focusing on user experience and interface aestheticsConvert JavaScript codebase to TypeScript to improve type safety and maintainabilityDevelop responsive and efficient user interfaces within a React framework, utilizing HTML and CSSCollaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logicGain hands-on experience with application scaling and performance optimizationAssist in developing back-end services, as needed, to support front-end features and enhance application functionalityParticipate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment
What You'll Bring Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, UI/UX, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field2+ Years’ experience in web application development Experience with React, Javascript, & TypeScript Familiarity with Go, Docker, Kubernetes, & Graph QL Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principlesBasic understanding of back-end development, with exposure to Node.js, Express, or similar technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environmentExperience with RESTful API integration and understanding of front-end/back-end interactionsKnowledge of web development best practices, including responsive design and accessibility standards

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $45.00/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
