Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Database Administrator to join our team supporting critical financial and supply chain management systems. This remote position requires expertise in Oracle EBS modules (including Financial Management: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets; and Supply Chain Management: Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Warehouse Management), database administration, performance tuning, SQL optimization, Rubrik/RMAN backup and disaster recovery, patch management (CPU/RUP and technology stack), and enterprise backup solutions. The successful candidate will maintain system performance and high availability, conduct health checks and capacity planning, apply and validate patches, and develop comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and compliance processes.
Pay rate: $12 - $20/hr

Skills and Requirements
Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite administrationStrong expertise in Oracle Database administration (preferably 12c or higher)
Experience with Financial Management and Supply Chain Management modules
Proficiency with RMAN backup and recovery procedures
Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Rubrik preferred)
Knowledge of Oracle EBS patching methodologies and tools
Understanding of AutoConfig, Applications DBA concepts, and EBS architecture
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting
Understanding of EBS cloning and environment refresh procedures
Familiarity with change management and ITIL processes Oracle certifications (OCP DBA, EBS certifications)
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques
Experience with enterprise monitoring tools
Previous retail or distribution industry experience
Agile/DevOps methodology experience
