Efficiently order and manage parts to ensure timely maintenance completion.
Collaborate on month-end inventory reconciliations for accuracy.
Innovate and apply best practices to streamline inventory management further.
Provide ongoing reports to leadership regarding facility and equipment status.
Forecast departmental needs to prepare for upcoming projects.
Balance repair workload for a smooth service turnaround.
Utilize software-based fleet management tools to track issues and orders.
Process data entry tasks diligently and manage billing through AR processing.
