Job Description

Kickstart your career in software engineering with our dynamic software engineering team at Polyrhythm. As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll dive into contemporary software development using languages like C++, Rust, and Python. You will refine your skills through rigorous code reviews, engage in enriching discussions with seasoned analysts, and work closely with customer teams to tailor impactful solutions. You'll even get your hands dirty with data analysis and build up specialized domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine models, simulations, and analytical tools for advanced projects.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including integration, testing, and customer-focused training sessions.
  • Gain hands-on experience with advanced programming algorithms, design patterns, and principles of object-oriented software design.
  • Collaborate on the integration of systems into comprehensive environments, tackling large-scale software and contributing to team-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 Years of Experience
  • A recent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to engage with technical teams and clients.
  • A passion for high standards and creating elegant solutions to practical problems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in a high-level language (C++, C#, Rust, Java, etc.) and foundational software engineering principles.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a National Security Clearance.
