Lead Client Solutions Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Client Solutions Manager to oversee relationships with our largest and most complex clients. In this role, you will leverage your online media expertise, communication skills, and analytical abilities to provide strategic campaign insights, consultation, and recommendations that enhance client success and drive additional value. Your ability to cultivate relationships and drive incremental revenue will be key to delivering impactful results. This is a collaborative and multi-faceted role ideal for someone who is both customer-centric and highly adaptable.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay: $50-$75/hr (based on experience and location)
Location: Flexible remote role (Preference for candidates based in New York, NY 10118)
Employment Type: W2 employment with benefits, including Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Retirement Savings Program
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 6-month assignment with potential for extension
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted relationships by providing proactive solutions that address client needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams (Insights, Marketing, Media Operations, etc.) to activate campaigns that align with client objectives.
Consultative Selling: Serve as a strategic partner to renew and grow client investments, applying your consultative sales skills to add value.
Campaign Optimization: Regularly analyze client advertising campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and ensure campaigns align with client goals.
End-to-End Campaign Support: Oversee all aspects of client media campaigns, from targeting and implementation to creative quality and performance, ensuring ROI and delivering actionable insights.
Account Planning and Revenue Goals: Leverage data and technology to design detailed account plans aimed at achieving revenue targets.
Customer Education: Lead onboarding processes and provide ongoing platform education and support, ensuring clients have the knowledge and tools they need.
Product and Technology Integration: Promote new product adoption and technology integration to help clients streamline their processes and achieve greater success.
Product Team Collaboration: Partner with product development teams to refine tools and service offerings based on customer feedback and campaign insights.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in paid or digital media sales
5+ years of experience collaborating with clients and agencies on media campaign planning and execution
Extensive experience in auction-based or programmatic campaign management (e.g., Google AdWords, SEO/PPC)
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in related fields
Strong understanding of digital media metrics and the ability to analyze campaign data to inform strategic decisions
Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently under minimal supervision
Ability to present insights and recommendations in compelling, data-driven narratives to influence client strategy
Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, marketing automation, and the digital industry landscape
Expertise in sales planning tools, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms
