We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist with a strong sales mindset and proven closing ability to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior PI intake experience, is confident and warm on the phone, and knows how to convert high-intent leads into signed cases—often on the first call.
You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, setting the tone for their experience with the firm. Success in this role requires empathy, urgency, confidence, and the ability to guide callers through emotionally charged situations while decisively moving cases forward.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews to assess case viability and gather all required information
• Confidently close retained cases on the first call whenever possible
• Demonstrate strong sales skills, including objection handling, urgency creation, and clear next-step guidance
• Accurately enter and manage lead and intake data within Lead Docket and the firm’s case management systems
• Schedule attorney consultations when appropriate and ensure seamless handoff
• Deliver a compassionate, professional, and high-energy client experience at all times
• Meet or exceed individual and team intake and conversion KPIs
Qualifications:
• Prior Personal Injury law firm intake experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated sales and closing experience, ideally in a high-call-volume environment
• Proven ability to convert leads into signed cases, including same-day / first-call closes
• Strong phone presence with warmth, confidence, empathy, and authority
• Experience using Lead Docket (strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
What Success Looks Like
