We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Leasing Specialist to join our prestigious luxury community in North Scottsdale. As a key member of our team, you will provide exemplary service to prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience in one of Scottsdale's most sought-after locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized property tours, highlighting the exceptional features and amenities of our luxury residences.
• Assist prospective residents with lease applications, signings, and ensure efficient processing.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant information and rental payments.
• Oversee move-ins and move-outs, providing a smooth and professional transition for all residents.
• Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from current and prospective residents.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).
• Fair Housing certified.
• Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end residential community.
• Reliable transportation and availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends as needed.
