Performance Marketing Manager Consultant - Hybrid, CA - 0032470

Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients paid digital media acquisition and organic growth initiatives. This role, is a W2 contract position based in either Mountain View or San Diego, CA. This position requires the employee to be on site twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead paid digital media efforts, including Sponsored Job Sites, SEM, etc.

• Ensure seamless candidate experience through acquisition and organic growth strategies.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize paid search campaigns for maximum efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

• Adapt quickly to evolving trends and industry landscapes.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media REQUIRED

• Proficiency in web data analysis and search engine marketing techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: 55-65/hr.
