Marketing Manager, New Customer Acquisition (Marketplace Division)
Are you passionate about driving growth and developing strategies that make an impact? As the Marketing Manager for New Customer Acquisition in our Marketplace Division, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and increasing engagement in our digital marketplace. In this role, you'll work on creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers, while generating leads, quotes, and orders for our growing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition for our marketplace.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new target audiences and understand their needs.
Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, direct mail, and partner/affiliate programs.
Test and optimize landing pages to maximize conversions.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track ROI and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on new customer acquisition.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, 3rd party email, and content marketing.
Proven track record of driving successful lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to track results and continuously improve marketing strategies.
A detail-oriented planner who can create and execute marketing plans efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Previous experience working within a marketplace environment is preferred.
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
