Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager

Location : Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

Duration : Contract

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft CRM technologies (specially Dynamics 365 or related platforms) to join our team. As a Project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of Microsoft CRM-based solutions for our clients or internal teams. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, Microsoft dynamics CRM, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Management
   1. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
   2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
   3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and technical specifications
   4. Oversee resource allocation, ensuring that team members are aligned with project priorities.

Stakeholder Communication:

1. 1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
   2. Provide regular project updates to stay called us including progress reports discuss response and recommendations for improvement
   3. Facilitate meetings workshops and presentations for project kick of status updates and reviews

Team leadership

a. Need across functional team of developers' business analyst consultants and other projects take holders to ensure a successful execution of the project

b. Faster collaborative eye performance in environment to drive results and meet project objectives

c. Mentor and support team members enjoying that everyone has the resources and guidance need it to contribute to the project's success

Risk and issue management

a. Practically identify and manage risk and issues that could impact project timelines quality and budget
