We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mortgage Data Entry Clerk to join our clients legal team. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for legal work, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Mortgage Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting our legal operations by ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in document preparation and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a supportive team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: $19-$20hr

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Location : North Phoenix

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with a keen focus on accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
• Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills by clearly addressing client and internal inquiries, both positive and challenging.
• Collaborate within a team environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Adapt to changing priorities and workflows with flexibility and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of customer care and strive for continuous improvement through feedback application.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Typing speed of 50 WPM or higher.
• Experience in the mortgage industry, escrow, servicing, or direct foreclosure preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and ensure attention to detail.
