Job Description

Jay Hatfield Auto Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Motorsports Assistant Parts Manager to join our team in Claremore, OK. In this role, you will support the management of our motorsports parts department, ensuring efficient parts inventory control, excellent customer service, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports, strong organizational skills, and experience in parts management or a related field. Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the motorsports parts department.
Manage parts inventory to ensure availability and accuracy.
Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to customers regarding parts and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order parts and manage stock levels.
Work closely with technicians and sales staff to meet parts needs efficiently.
Help train and supervise parts department staff as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the parts area.
Support the Parts Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience in parts management or related automotive/motorsports field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Passion for motorsports is a plus.
Ability to work in Claremore, OK.
