Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for reviewing audits of licensees and registrants under the International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) and the International Registration Plan (IRP), respectively. This involves reviewing and analyzing audit reports, distance and fuel records, working papers and audit file contents to ensure they meet compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional audit responsibilities include detailed review process and coordinating communication, issue assessment notifications to the auditee during various stages of the process. As part of our customer outreach function, this position is a resource to new and existing licensees and registrants regarding proper record keeping techniques and systems and other regulatory issues concerning IFTA and IRP.
