Job Description

By the Sea Resorts is seeking experienced Night Auditors for our Radisson Panama City Beach location. The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the hotel's accounts and preparing financial reports for the following day. They must be able to work independently and follow strict procedures. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Pay: $15-$16 per hour Benefits

Responsibilities

• Balance the hotel's accounts for the day
• Prepare financial reports for the following day
• Audit room rates, taxes, and other charges
• Reconcile cash and credit card transactions
• Post all transactions to the hotel's accounting system
• Prepare night audit reports for management
• Resolve any discrepancies in the accounts
• Assist front desk staff with check-in and check-out procedures as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a hotel night audit role
• Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and follow strict procedures
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
