Job Description

The beautiful  World Equestrian Center , located in Wilmington Ohio, is looking for a Full time  Night Auditor to join our team! 

The Night Auditor is a front desk position with primary responsibility of customer service, posting charges, and closing out the day. The hours would be 5p-1a and would include weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

The following are highlight items and not meant to be all-inclusive of this position:

  • Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests 
  • Responsible for issuing room keys and important information to guests
  • Responsible for making lodging reservations and checking lodging availability
  • Verifies credit card authorization or collect cash payment for all guests
  • Answer telephone line and transfer to proper departments or guest rooms
  • Review guest accounts and charges upon guest check-out
  • Stocking, inventory and cashiering of guest marketplace
  • Seasonal golf cart reservations and ensures all required forms are completed by guests
  • Be familiar with daily events
  • Constant contact with housekeeping and maintenance departments with guest issues or concerns
  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring daily checklists are completed
  • Completes any direct assignment from Manager
  • Balance credit card and cash paperwork for entire day
  • Process credit cards for Settlement
  • Close out day for facility and print reports
  • Insert information from day end reports into spreadsheets for General Manager and Ownership

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Previous hospitality/service industry experience preferred
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous behavior at all times
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in high paced environment
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to Multitask
