Job Description

Labatt Food Service is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Manager for their Albuquerque DC. This role is critical to the success of our warehouse operations strategy at our Labatt Food Service Albuquerque facility.

The night shift manager is a crucial part of the warehouse leadership team at Labatt. The right person for the job will have warehouse management experience, set an excellent example through their personal conduct, have impeccable attendance, be able to work varied and sometimes long hours (until the shift is done each night), be able to perform well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to provide hands on assistance to the shift as needed.

The position reports directly to the Branch Operations Manager and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overseeing activity of all night shift employees
• Overseeing the entire facility during the night shift
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all night shift operations including but not limited to:
• Order Distribution
• Order Selection
• Loading and unloading
• Forklift activity
• Employee training
• Monitoring performance of all employees, leadership included, and addressing issues in a timely but respectful manner
• Communicating daily with the Branch Operations Manager and other day shift leadership to ensure proper handoff between shifts
• Using appropriate channels to communicate all issues found during the nightshift to ensure proper follow through and correction
• Communicating effectively and respectfully with other departments
• Monitoring and maintaining warehouse cleanliness at all times
• Utilizing Labatt software systems to effectively manage resources throughout the shift
• Maintaining high expectations for attendance and punctuality
