• Coverage Type: Clinical Only
• Coverage Period: ASAP – Open
• Clinical Shift Schedule: TBD; Nights

PATIENT INFORMATION:

• Patient Demographics: Adult inpatient population
• Admissions: Yes
• Case Mix: General hospitalist cases requiring procedures

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental
• •Trauma Level: Traverse City level II, Ostego IV,
• EMR: Cerner
• Specialty Back up: General surgery, orthopedic surgery, nephrology

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance

REQUIRED PROCEDURES: (Except Traverse city)

• Intubation (Night shift)
• Ventilation management (Night shift)
• Arterial& Central line placement (Night shift)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active Michigan license required.
• Certifications: ACNP required for Nurse Practitioners.
• Experience: Prior inpatient or hospitalist experience with procedural competency.
• Other Qualifications: Must be available for night shifts and able to travel between credentialed facilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide inpatient hospitalist care during night shifts.
• Perform critical care procedures including intubations and line placements.
• Support cross-coverage across four Michigan hospitals.
• Deliver independent and team-based care in an acute inpatient setting.
