We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned territory and developing strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize effective territory management strategies to maximize sales potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic plans for achieving sales goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using appropriate software tools.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in technical or retail sales environments.
  • Strong territory management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to perform cold calling effectively and build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A self-motivated individual who is results-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:
