Job Description

Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: East Hanover, New Jersey

Type: Contract
Compensation: $25 
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: M-F, 6a-2:30p/Some Saturday's

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery safely and efficiently

• Perform packaging tasks per customer orders

• Conduct minor equipment repairs and stock raw materials

• Follow safety and environmental procedures, including hazardous material handling

• Maintain cleanliness of work area (general housekeeping)

• Support continuous improvement and meet production/quality targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 1–3 years of experience in packaging or manufacturing

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (climbing, stooping, standing)

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must wear required PPE and work in high-hazard environments
