Job Summary:
As a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, organizing case files, communicating with clients, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, correspondence, and case files.
Conduct research and analyze legal materials.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial support.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and filing documents.
Maintain accurate records and databases.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous paralegal experience is preferred.
