Your Responsibilities

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate needs and recommend tailored program solutions.
• Use established frameworks and tools to drive measurable transformational results.
• Leverage social media channels to attract new clients and create brand awareness (training provided)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent guidance and follow-up.
• Deliver high-impact coaching sessions that help clients achieve meaningful personal and professional outcomes.
• Attend and contribute to weekly Zoom-based team training and development sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coaching, consulting, or a related field
• Strong foundation in leadership and personal development methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in virtual settings (Zoom, etc.)
• Confidence using digital platforms such as LinkedIn or Facebook for networking and outreach
• Passionate about empowering others to grow and thrive
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently
