Responsibilities:

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days
• BLS required
• 2 surgical cases per month, average of 24 patients per day per provider
• EKGs, PFTs, blood draws, urine checks, joint injection, pap smears, mole/wart removal, drug screen
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed

Benefits:

• From $70.00 to $85.00 hourly
