Position: Research Associate and Consultant in Policy Research

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Associate and Consultant in Policy Research to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, providing consultation on policy matters, and contributing to the development of evidence-based policy recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on various policy topics, including but not limited to economic, social, environmental, and technological aspects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess policy needs and develop strategies.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations for clients, policy makers, and other relevant parties.
- Stay updated on current policy trends, emerging issues, and relevant research literature.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and policy debates to contribute expertise and represent the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, political science, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in policy research, analysis, and consultancy.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including data collection, statistical analysis, and survey development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to communicate complex policy concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using policy research tools, databases, and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
