JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Residences at Rainier Square has an immediate opening for an experienced Concierge! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Concierge plays a critical role in our success.

The Residences at Rainier Square hosts 188 brand new apartments in the tallest building in Seattle. These ultra luxury apartment residences are located on floors 39 to 58, offering unparalleled views and thoughtful amenities in Seattle's most sought after location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

What your day might look like

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service

• Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.

• Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member 

• Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival 

• Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.

• Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail 

• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests 

• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software

The hourly range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00

Additional Compensation :

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions : In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
