  • Build product roadmaps spanning virtual care programs, platform capabilities, and data/AI-powered tools.

  • Partner with Engineering to embed AI/ML, data, and automation into consumer and clinician experiences, as well as internal workflows.

  • Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and impactful solutions.

  • Balance near-term execution with long-term vision, ensuring product investments drive both growth and operational excellence.

  • Engage with ELT and SLT partners on priorities, resource planning, and business outcomes.

  • Champion Wheel’s mission and values across the product and design organization.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership of teams.

  • Proven success managing a diverse product portfolio and launching high-impact products in healthcare, digital health, or virtual care.

  • Deep expertise in healthcare systems, compliance (HIPAA, FDA, etc.), interoperability, and patient/clinician experiences.

  • Experience building and scaling data- and AI-powered products, including personalization, automation, and predictive insights.

  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Skilled at balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and operational constraints to deliver business outcomes.

  • Passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation and building products that people love.

Salary and Perks

Pay Range: $210,000 – 250,000 base compensation. Also, a 10% bonus will be included.
