**Overview** BroadPath is hiring **Licensed Health Insurance Agents** to work remotely! In this work from home role, you'll provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options. You'll qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate health insurance plan. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the flexibility of a seasonal, work-from-home position. **Responsibilities** + Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through various health plan options + Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process + Represent BroadPath and our Fortune 10 client partners with professionalism and care + Work from the comfort of your own home with the support of a virtual team **Qualifications** + Active resident Health Insurance Producer License + Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath) + High School Diploma or equivalent + Strong interest in consultative sales and helping customers find the right solution + Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency **Compensation Highlights** + Salaries starting at $20 per hour, with potential to earn more based on experience + Training completion bonus for those that have a 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production + End-of-season bonus based on performance, attendance, and client metrics + Project-specific incentives + Bonus details will be provided during training **What You'll Need to Provide** + 19" (or larger) monitor with VGA or HDMI port and cable prior to your first day with BroadPath + USB-wired mouse and optional USB-wired keyboard + Ethernet cable with reliable hardwired internet (minimum 25mbps download / 10mbps upload) + Internet that is not hard-wired, such as WiFi or cellular data connections, will not maintain a stable VPN connection and will result in removal from the project + Maintain a private, distraction-free work from home environment to protect member confidentiality and eliminate background noise **What BroadPath Provides** + Laptop, headset, and Bhive webcam for the duration of the assignment **Diversity Statement** _At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
