We work with individuals seeking life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement options and set them up with the best policy for them. This requires NO COLD CALLING, we only work with the highest-quality warm leads. As an agent, you will call, qualify, and set up the appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with them over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy. 

We have a supportive and innovative company culture and a top-notch training program designed to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed in this industry. While this industry does require you to have a life insurance license to begin, we provide you with the training you need to obtain one, and it takes only a week to obtain a license.  

This is a 100% commission based only (1099) - Uncapped income with bonuses.

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either, part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. The Ryan Miller Agency is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. We are specifically looking for people who:

Training

We provide training, support, and mentorship.  Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. 

Compensation

Compensation is based on commission only and average commission is as follows:

• A full time agent on average makes between 10,000 and 15,000 dollars A MONTH.
• A part time agent on average makes between 5,000 and 7,000 dollars  A MONTH. 
• Take it on as a side hustle and you could see yourself bringing in an extra 1,000 to 2,000 dollars A MONTH. 
• Or build your own agency and have a legacy provided which pays your family for GENERATIONS TO COME.

Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
