Expert Restaurant Supply is a leading commercial kitchen equipment and supplies dealer in Tucson, AZ. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will prospect, penetrate, and maintain existing business in their assigned territory utilizing strategic and consultative selling tactics to maximize sales and profits of foodservice products and services. The OSR is to act as a vested business partner of our valued customers through innovative, creative, and appropriate recommendations of solutions to meet the fiscal and business objectives and to ensure client satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following competencies, skills and abilities:

• 2+ year record of success in B2B or outside sales
• Commercial kitchen experience
• Excellent sales & customer service attitude
• Ability to sell consultatively
• Excellent prospecting and closing abilities
• Strong negotiating skills with ability to overcome objections
• Proven success in building long-term and growing relationships with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Thorough follow-up and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency P.O.S. and C.R.M. software
• Excellent communications skills both written and oral (Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred)
• Strong time management & organizational skills
  
  

Travel:

• This position requires travel within market daily
• This position requires to have and maintain a clean and valid Driver’s License
• This position requires a working vehicle to conduct sales calls
  
  

Schedule:

• The position requires some flexibility in the schedule to ensure clients’ needs are met Monday – Friday
  
  

Compensation:

• Individual and Team sales volume - monthly and quarterly bonuses
