H&R Block, the world’s leader in tax preparation services, is looking for a seasonal Client Service Representative. We offer shift differential pay for mid, evening and weekend shifts. Associates are eligible for additional monthly and end of season incentives by exceeding performance standards. Details of both incentives to be provided during onboarding.  

 

The Client Service Representative provides advanced client support by communicating via phone or email to resolve internal and external client concerns on behalf of the District Managers.  

 

Day to d ay, y ou'll ...   

• Contact H&R Block Field Leadership and other related business units on behalf of external clients seeking resolution on escalated complaint cases  

• Research agent knowledgebase to address assigned escalated complaint cases from our r etail c lients   

• Interpret clients’ needs and identify practical solutions through detailed research, analysis, and independent decision making  

• Accurately document updates to the client complaint case  

• Escalate client issues to other internal teams when necessary  

• Provide insights to l eadership on trends with client issues 

• Actively participate in routine 1 : 1 coaching sessions that focus on performance

• Handle additional tasks as business needs require

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• 1 year minimum related work experience

Pay Range: $16.06 - $24.09/Hr.
