Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor
Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Oversee and supervise the physical security and patrol guard services at Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, ensuring compliance with VA security protocols and performance standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all guards follow established procedures, including patrol routes, entrance control, and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor guard performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high standard of security services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logs, records, and reports on guard activities, performance, and any incidents that arise during shifts.
• Ensure all guards adhere to uniform and equipment standards, and address any performance or conduct issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in security or a related field.
• Must meet all guard requirements as per Colorado state security regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to train and guide a team effectively.
