Job Description

Due to continued growth both locally and nationally, one of the DFW Region’s fastest growing Security Systems Integrators has an immediate need for a Security Systems Applications Engineer to assist with new projects and upgrades. We will consider existing engineers, technical project managers, or sales reps that are interested in more of a technical role. 

 
This is a key hire and will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3++ years of experience designing new and retrofitted security systems for Large Commercial/Industrial Facilities. AutoCAD or Visio experience is a plus but not necessary. We really need someone that has experience performing site surveys and that understands the equipment selection and layout of large, complex integrated security systems. Job duties will include:

• Assist in presenting designs to customers
• Work closely with sales team, architects, and engineers to help design systems.
• Perform site surveys
• Equipment selection
• Review and approve job submittals
• Put together detailed Scopes of Work
