We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for high impact roles and help shape the future of our organization. We are looking for our next employee owner to be an integral part of our growing talent acquisition team! **Responsibilities** + Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and high-impact roles all while partnering with HR teams and business leaders. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft customized recruitment strategies. + Source top talent using innovative methods, including passive outreach and talent pipeline development. + Champion our company culture and articulate our unique value proposition to candidates. + Conduct insightful candidate screenings and provide strategic recommendations to hiring managers and senior leadership. + Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and offer negotiations, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey. + Maintain accurate and compliant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). + Stay ahead of industry trends and labor market dynamics to inform recruitment strategies. + Up to 30% travel. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency environments. + Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring decisions. + Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. + Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring regulations. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. + LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter designation. + Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRMS systems. + Expertise in employer branding and social recruiting strategies. The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
