We are the Sec Ops Software Quality Engineering team at ServiceNow. Our team works on the Security Operations (SecOps) product, we ensure for testing and ensuring the quality of features and functionalities within the ServiceNow platform related to security incident handling, vulnerability management, threat detection, and other security-related operations; essentially, we make sure the SecOps tools work effectively and reliably by conducting thorough testing procedures.

To be successful in this role you have:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
5+ years of experience with quality?assurance and Java programming with?Selenium, JUnit and?TestNG
5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Fluency with scripting in?JavaScript. Experience with Eclipse,?Jenkin, Maven, and?Git
Knowledge of testing?techniques (e.g.?performance, unit,?integration, automated), their strengths?and weakness, and ability to use them?to best?effect
Ability to use?tools (such as?IDE, debugger, build tools,?source control, ServiceNow instances,?profilers, system administration/Unix?tools)?to assist with?daily?tasks
Experience driving cross-team?technical discussions with an knowledge of?SDLC?concepts

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $112,800 - $191,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
