Our customers entrust us with their vehicles and a SERVICE TECHNICIAN is responsible for delivering quality and productive workmanship on each and every repair/diagnostic performed.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

  • Perform vehicle services as outlined in the work order
  • Perform vehicle inspections, document and notify service advisor of findings including labor and parts.
  • Accurately document all work performed.
  • Problem solve and provide alternative solutions to advisors and customers as needed.
  • Communicate with advisors and services managers in a professional manner on a daily basis.
  • Complete and stay current on all trainings set forth by manufacturer to improve product knowledge and customer service.
  • Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work area while performing service or repairs.
  • Minimum of three years of automotive repair and diagnostics experience. Nissan experience preferred.
  • Professional demeanor and work ethic including a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
  • Online training completed with ASE and/or franchise certifications preferred
  • Ability to drive manual transmission
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
