Job Overview:

We’re seeking a sweet, creative, and social media-savvy individual to manage and grow our online presence. This role involves capturing the magic of our cupcakes through photography, engaging with our loyal fans, keeping our website and social platforms fresh and exciting, and managing our online reputation. If you're passionate about content creation and love connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Photograph and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments, and engage with customers in a fun and friendly way.
• DM & Customer Service: Answer direct messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Website Updates: Keep our website up to date with new products, promotions, and announcements.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with our team to develop social media campaigns that align with our brand.
• Review Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage customer feedback on Yelp, Google Reviews, and social media to maintain our strong reputation.
• Analytics & Strategy: Track engagement metrics and continuously improve our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management or content creation preferred.
• Strong photography and editing skills (basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus!).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions with a positive and professional attitude.
• Passion for desserts and a fun, engaging personality.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
