SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER - REMOTE POSITION

We are excited to invite an innovative, diligent, and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team! In this role, you will lead the end-to-end process of creating, scheduling, and distributing high-quality content across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a compelling social media plan across key platforms, including Online Newsletters, LinkedIn, and potential future channels.
Data-Driven Planning: Use analytics to design strategies that enhance engagement rates and follower growth.
Content Creation: Curate insightful content that showcases our consulting expertise, with a special focus on supporting family-owned businesses and empowering women in the workplace.
Copywriting and Graphic Design: Write persuasive copy, design eye-catching graphics, manage content posting, and maintain our publishing schedule.
Analytics Reporting: Analyze audience growth and engagement patterns, and present insights to the team.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media dynamics, especially in Newsletter curation and LinkedIn.
A keen eye for aesthetics and proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
Knowledge of current trends and shifts in the social media landscape.
Creative thinker with the ability to craft innovative strategies that engage audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Methodical and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and fact-checking.
Previous experience with social media analytics and proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
Availability for a commitment of 10-15 hours per week.
