As Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coaching and mentoring the Purchasing team
• Overseeing and ensuring the flow of materials, supplies and services
• Developing a strategic sourcing model
• Negotiating contracts and agreements
• Reducing costs and inventory control
• Evaluating and selecting freight and logistics suppliers
• Following IATF standards
• Achieving department metrics

To be considered for the Sourcing Manager position you must have:

• A BS degree or higher and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in purchasing, supply chain, materials or similar.  
• Any certifications are a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills: strong negotiation skills
