Role: Spa Manager (Dallas, TX)
The right candidate is comfortable in a high-end luxury environment and for whom client experience is a priority. The Spa Manager will interact directly with clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with spa services and personnel. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and highly organized with inspiring leadership skills. The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa operations and report to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, supervision, management, and growth of the spa & staff.
- Interact with clients, providing brand & product knowledge.
- Generate events & build awareness to drive revenue and grow the business.
- Interview, train, schedule, monitor employee performance, and complete payroll for all personnel; adhere to meal break policy and proper payroll procedures.
- Review all feedback and comments from guests and make necessary adjustments while adhering to brand standards.
- Assist the Director of Operations with the development of policies & procedures, to streamline processes across all doors.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of spa policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and improve client experience.
- Convey clear instructions and guidance to the staff and establish working relationships that attain a high level of effective employee morale.
- Maintain a safe and hazard free environment for all staff and members and promote safety awareness at all times.
Who you are:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Create a motivating & positive work environment.
- Social perceptiveness and situational awareness, especially in a luxury environment.
- 5+ years of customer service experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory/team management experience.
- 2+ years in the beauty industry, particularly skincare.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
