Summary

Grow your career in real estate as our Team Concierge. Gain insights about the day-to-day operations and sales tactics of a real estate team. Interact with top real estate professionals and their clients, ensuring that the team’s service is second to none.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, client care communication systems and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding systems for new agents and staff, and referrals.
• Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
• Maintains the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Command.
• Keep the Team Leader and MCA informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Become familiar with Command Technology.

• Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
• Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
• Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
• Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
• Experience with Google Apps for Business
