Description
The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying and securing high-caliber technical talent to meet the organizations evolving workforce needs. This position proactively manages the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized technical roles ensuring strong alignment between candidate capabilities and organizational requirements.
Key responsibilities include actively monitoring and evaluating applicant pipelines to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates and recalibrating sourcing strategies as necessary to meet hiring demands. The Technical Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand technical skill requirements develop innovative sourcing approaches and share real-time market insights that enhance the effectiveness of each search.
This role requires advanced sourcing expertise strong collaboration skills and in-depth knowledge of technical labor markets and recruiting platforms. Success is measured by the Recruiters ability to build trusted partnerships streamline recruitment processes and attract top technical talent while promoting the organizations reputation as an employer of choice within the technology community.
Requirements
Education/ Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Behavioral Science desired but not required.
Eight (8) years of experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
